This is my Nine Patch Path quilt. I just finished the quilting today. The quilting was done using Circle Lord's Baptist Fan template. The quilt finishes at 75 1/2" x 93 1/2".
The inspiration for this quilt was the cover of the Quilter's Newsletter quilt magazine ~ More Nine Patch Favorites that was released in the summer of 2006.
I started piecing this quilt on August 2, 2006. I just have the binding left to do and then this one is finished. Finishing this quilt was my goal for the month of April.
Norma, this is still on my to do list but seeing yours makes me want to move it up. It looks great and I love the BF quilting on it.
ReplyDeleteLove that nine patch andyour colors are fantastic. The quilting just suits it too. Nothing better than scrappy quilts!
ReplyDeleteI love nine patch quilts - I think they are my very favorite! I have a double nine patch that I want to quilt with my Baptist Fan template - I just need to put a date on the calendar that says "Learn to use Circle Lord" and force myself to do it!
