New Iron #2

Yes, this is yet another new iron. The iron I purchased less than three weeks ago died last night. I returned it today and bought a new iron from Sears. Hopefully, this one lasts longer than 3 weeks! Back to quilting.

  4. If that one gives out too... maybe you could try Black & Decker's Steam Advantage iron. I paid about $20 for it at WalMart or Target and two years later I'm still happily using it. I have dropped and knocked it a few times too! :P

Welcome to the Stash quilter's ring... I've been behind in surfing the ring. :)

  5. Norma, I would love to see all your pictures but my pokey old dial up connection keeps timing out before all 70 some can load. I wonder if you would consider limiting how many messages load on the same page?? Like maybe a month or two month's worth instead of clear back to the beginning?

Surely I am not the only one still muddling through without high speed. You have some lovely, lovely quilts but I just can't get them all to open. I thank you for your consideration of this request.

Good luck with the iron too. I seem to get the ones that trap the fabric at the edges and then you wind up pressing in some accordin pleating---ugh!
